[02 / 06] EVERY PLAN / VOLUME, NOT FEATURES
Every plan runs the full engine
Tiers change volume, limits and support. They don't change what the
platform does.
Complete attribution
Every conversion keeps its campaign context – even when it fires from your backend or billing provider days later.
Complete identity
Anonymous visitor, signed-up user and paying subscriber resolve to one profile across domains, devices and sessions.
Complete quality
Consent enforced for every destination, duplicates blocked and delivery monitored, from your first event.
Zero configuration expertise
You tell Fidero "Enable Mixpanel with our production token" and your configuration updates automatically on the server. Nothing to deploy.
Managed adapters
Destinations change their APIs constantly. We publish adapter updates on our end, so your tracking never falls behind.
Your data, owned by you
Everything streams to your tools and your own warehouse as it happens. The asset is yours from day one.
[03 / 06] THE DETAIL / NOTHING HIDDEN
Compare plans in full
Every feature across all four tiers, side by side.
You don't start by picking a plan. Every engagement starts with
evidence, and the subscription begins only once the fix is proven.
1
£250 · Credited
Data Infrastructure Audit
The audit takes a focused look at your worst data pain, pulling proof from your own destinations, and the report lands within 48 hours. It's refunded in full if you don't go ahead, and credited against your implementation if you do.
2
One call
Readout and proposal
We present the findings and a scoped implementation proposal in the same call. The price comes from what the audit found: how many systems your journey crosses and how much identity work is involved.
3
30 days
Implementation Sprint
Your engineers implement from our specs, tickets and QA checks, with weekly acceptance gates against the targets from your audit. Improvement is measured at the destination, not assumed.
4
From £299/mo
The subscription begins
Only once the agreed target is met do you pick a plan and start paying monthly. From then on Fidero runs the engine: enrichment, identity, consent and every adapter update.
Our guarantee
Clean data, or you don't pay.
If the implementation doesn't measurably improve the data-quality target we agree upfront, we refund the implementation fee.
[05 / 06] FAQ / ATTRIBUTION, OVERAGE, LOCK-IN
Pricing questions, answered
What counts as an event?
A single tracked action – a page view, a sign-up, a purchase, a server-side conversion or a webhook from your billing provider. Fidero counts each one once, wherever it comes from: a conversion sent from both browser and server is deduplicated, so it counts as one event, not two.
What's a project?
A self-contained configuration bundle: tracking setup, consent settings, destinations and enrichment rules for one environment or brand. Most teams run staging and production as separate projects, or give each brand its own. Multiple sites can share a single project when their tracking is identical.
Which plans include multi-touch attribution?
All of them – just not as a black-box score. Fidero enriches every event with first and last touch in real time, and lands the full touchpoint detail behind them (campaign, click IDs, referrer, channel) in your warehouse as an ordered journey log. Multi-touch models (linear, position-based, time-decay) are a query over that log, run by your team or your AI agents – you pick the model, see exactly how it works and change it whenever you like.
What happens if we go over our included events?
Your data keeps flowing – there's no penalty rate and no cut-off. The difference is billed at your plan's overage rate: £0.12 per 1,000 events on Growth, £0.08 on Pro, £0.05 on Scale. You can move tiers whenever your volume changes, and we'll tell you when moving up would save you money.
What does the implementation cost?
It's scoped from your audit rather than priced from a menu – from £2,000, with simple setups sitting near that floor. Complex ones cost more, because they're worth more. Your £250 audit fee is credited in full, and the guarantee applies: measurable improvement against the agreed target, or we refund the implementation fee.
Why is there a subscription after the implementation?
The implementation builds and deploys your data engine. The subscription keeps it running. Identity resolution, enrichment, consent enforcement, adapter updates and delivery are live operations, not a one-off setup. Think of it as the electricity bill for the infrastructure: switch it off and you're back to the fragmented data you started with.
Couldn't we just hire someone to set this up?
You could – and on the day they finished, it would work. Then Meta updates its API, your checkout changes, a consent rule shifts, and the configuration drifts silently: dashboards stay green while your signals stop matching. That's the pattern our audits keep finding. Implementation drifts, infrastructure doesn't. The real question isn't who sets it up – it's what keeps it correct six months later.
How does this compare with Segment or another CDP?
Segment is excellent at what it does and typically runs £260–1,000 a month – with configuration left to you, which is why consultant retainers of £500–1,000 a month often sit alongside it. Fidero's subscription includes the part that costs the most elsewhere: destination expertise is built into the platform, and adapter updates are published automatically. Different problems, different solutions – if your team has CDP expertise and prefers to wire up the engine themselves, Segment serves you well.
What happens if we stop subscribing?
Honestly: the engine switches off – enrichment, identity resolution and delivery stop. But nothing is taken away. Your data has been streaming to your own warehouse and tools all along, so everything you've collected stays exactly where it already is. Events land with the identity Fidero had resolved at the time, and any identity state Fidero still holds is yours too – returned on written request within 30 days of exit, in a documented, machine-readable format.
Is there a free plan?
No – data infrastructure problems need expert diagnosis, not trial and error. Growth does come with a 14-day free trial once you're implementing, but most teams start with the audit: it tells you what to fix before you start measuring anything.
[06 / 06] NEXT STEP / THE PLAN PICKS ITSELF
Start with the audit
Whichever plan you land on, the path starts the same way: a £250 audit that shows what's broken, what it's costing you and what fixing it is worth. The findings scope your implementation – and your plan.
