Not the CDP you're picturing
Fidero is a Stateful CDP – a customer data platform with memory. No
audience builders, no journey canvases, no campaign tools. It does one
job: keep your customer data complete, connected and correct,
everywhere it flows.
The root cause it fixes is structural. When a customer journey crosses
domains and systems (site to checkout to app to backend), context gets
lost in the handoffs, and that one gap breaks attribution, identity
and quality at the same time. Fidero captures context once and keeps
every event whole, so all three stay intact.
It replaces the need for tag manager expertise entirely. And it
enhances the analytics and BI you already run rather than replacing
them – your tools stay, they just finally agree with each other.
