Everything Fidero delivers lands in accounts you own: your ad platforms, your analytics tools, your warehouse. This page covers what sits where, what Fidero keeps and what happens if you leave.
Delivered to accounts you own
Section titled “Delivered to accounts you own”Fidero has no dashboard where your data accumulates and no reporting UI you’d have to stay for. Delivery is the product: events go to the tools you already run, under your accounts and your credentials.
If you run a warehouse connection, that’s the complete copy: every enriched event, in your own cloud account. Destinations covers what’s delivered where.
What Fidero keeps
Section titled “What Fidero keeps”Fidero keeps the working state that enrichment needs: user profiles, their attribution context and their consent records. That state isn’t a second copy of your data – it’s the memory stateful enrichment runs on, kept for as long as you’re a customer and deleted on your instruction at any time. If you leave
Section titled “If you leave”Leaving is undramatic. Delivery and enrichment stop when the subscription does, and everything already delivered stays exactly where it is: in your tools, in your ad accounts, in your warehouse. There’s no export project at the end, because the data is already in your systems. The working state Fidero held is returned on request in a documented, machine-readable format, or destroyed if you’d rather – the terms are in the DPA.
